Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy

• Tickets sold by the VHO Ticketspice Box Office are non-refundable.

• We are happy to exchange your tickets for an alternate performance when possible. Please understand that if there are no available seats for an alternate performance, we cannot make an exchange.

• If purchasing a ticket to an outdoor performance with a published rain date, please make sure you are available for both dates. No refunds will be issued based on your inability to attend the rain date.

If a performance is cancelled for any reason, we will automatically process a full refund.
